The sophomore and the latest LP from Eyefeelsix, dark boombap unit from Bandung, existed during the transition era of bandung hip hop, since the late of 2000s and disbanded last year. “Illmortality” is a follow up to their grimmy “Pain Per Hate”, back on the map of boombap and discontent in 2014. This album showcases Mindfreeza and Soulkillaz polished their flow and rhymes covering issues of alienation, despair and personal/political empowerment and infamous scratch techniques from DJ Evil Cutz over Jaydawn‘s (Jay Beathustler then) advanced bangin beats and layered mad noises, early Soul Assasins-influenced boombap with the epic darkness and haunting vibe of Jedi Mind Tricks. 11 solid cuts, including their most famous anthem “Tak Bisa Dibungkam”. With guests from several Bandung’s comrade from that era; Luke Heartwork of Hellbeyond, Andre of Jeruji, Hardy of Outright, Vicky Mono of Burgerkill, Morgue Vanguard, and bunch of MCs on one posse cut (Sarkasz, Procezz, Ji$m, Dule, Antzkilla, Junk D, T-Joy, Atrok and Bucu.)

Remastered for this 10th anniversary reissue, on black 12″ vinyl. Comes with a A2 poster, co-release with two labels from Malaysia, Most Hated By All and Resolve Records. 98 copies available for sale in each label.
